Assistant Manager - Residential Services

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Hours Available: Flexible 40-Hour schedule that includes one weekend day as part of the weekly schedule. Locations Available: Westport, NY/Mineville, NY (Position Oversees Both) Ticonderoga, NYCrown Point, NY Are you looking to help lead a dynamic and cooperative team while also getting the chance to provide direct support and meet the individualized needs of people with developmental disabilities? Then Mountain Lake Services just might be the place for you. We are offering a flexible 40-hour schedule that includes one weekend day as a part of the weekly schedule for all of our Assistant Manager positions throughout the Essex County, NY area. What you get to do: Actively participate in the development of person-centered services as well as provide support and oversight on individual goal progress and safety plans to ensure their implementation. Work closely with the Manager to provide positive leadership and training to the program team members to achieve the goals and objectives identified for the program. Play a key role in the development of person-centered supports and services for all. Requirements: Associate's Degree in the Human Services Field. At least one year of experience working in a Human Service Field delivering services. High School Diploma with 2.5 years of experience working in a Human Service Field delivering services may be considered in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
