Consultor/Desarrollador Senior Salesforce

We are looking for senior Salesforce profiles with experience in both consulting and development to join our team. This role includes:

• Analysis of Salesforce requirements.
• Design and implementation of functional solutions of complexity in projects.
• Provide effort estimates for projects.
• Analyze and improve the performance of applications.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
• Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
• Organizational and execution skills.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers when required by the project.
• Develop and customize applications in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Collaborate in the configuration of Salesforce, including the creation of objects, custom fields, validation rules, and automations.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems through APIs and integration tools.

Requirements

• +5 years of work experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
• Experience in Business or Process Consulting will be valued.
• Experience in CPQ implementation and maintenance projects will be positively valued.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, automated processes).
• Knowledge in system integration through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with different clouds like Sales, Service, Experience, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of languages will be valued.
