As an IT devops e ngineer lead on the Continuous Delivery Enablement team, you'll work closely with application delivery teams and other enterprise teams to enable devops culture and advance continuous delivery capabilities. Your focus will be in the areas of automation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and underlying toolchain integration (CD Pipeline as a Service), enabling technology adoption, and advocating and improving software development experience for developers. You'll influence devops adoption throughout the organization, contribute to enterprise patterns & practices, and explore/introduce new tools, techniques, and practices into the organization to maximize business value and agility.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Math) and minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of eight years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing and implementing continuous delivery (CD) architectural patterns and cloud (AWS, Azure) infrastructure solutions
• CI/CD pipeline automation including experience in source code management, continuous integration, and automated deployment/management using tools such as GIT, Azure DevOps, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins
• Experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker
• Experience in multiple scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, Go, Python, or similar languages
• Knowledge of Terraform and or Puppet, and any application development experience

Compensation

• $108,000-$130,000/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
