Lead Accountant

Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a Lead Accountant & Tax Specialist to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities Lead the customer service process end-to-end for the Accounting Vertical. Train, mentor, and develop rising talent within the team. Provide thoughtful tax and bookkeeping solutions to clients. Encourage cross-selling and collaboration across other service verticals (insurance, financial services, etc.). Deliver strong results while maintaining exceptional client service standards. Qualifications CPA designation (preferred) or actively pursuing CPA. 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting and bookkeeping. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong technical knowledge and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
