We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on future leader to train for a State Operations Manager role supporting our Arkansas operations.

No garage door experience required. We’ll train the right candidate. Some sales, team leadership, or supervisory experience is preferred. Experience as a shift leader, student organization officer, team captain, or project leader can help demonstrate your potential.

What You’ll Learn and Do

You’ll start by learning how our business works in the field. As you develop your skills and demonstrate readiness, you’ll take on greater leadership responsibility.

• Learn the business: Gain hands-on experience with garage door service, repairs, installation, and safety practices.

• Develop your sales skills: Identify customer needs, explain service options, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Build leadership experience: Coach team members, set expectations, and help create a productive, supportive work environment.

• Support daily operations: Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, inventory, tools, and company vehicles.

• Drive results: Learn to track sales, customer satisfaction, productivity, and job profitability.

• Help grow the team: Partner with HR and leadership on interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.

• Take care of customers: Help resolve concerns and deliver dependable service.

• Grow the territory: Work with leadership to identify opportunities and improve performance.

This is an active, hands-on role combining fieldwork, sales, and operations leadership. Travel throughout the territory and weekend availability are required as business needs arise.
