This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys owning the payroll process while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. What You'll Do As our Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator for: Bi-weekly payroll processing for the organization Payroll auditing and compliance Employee benefit enrollments and life event changes Monthly benefit invoice reconciliation Retirement plan administration Payroll reporting and analysis Employee payroll and benefit support Executive administrative support for the Chief Resource Officer Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, organizational leaders, and benefit vendors, you\'ll help ensure our employees are paid accurately, our benefits are administered seamlessly, and our organization remains compliant with payroll and employment regulations. What We\'re Looking For We\'re seeking someone who has: Experience processing payroll from start to finish Knowledge of employee benefits administration Strong analytical and auditing skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related payroll, accounting, or Human Resources experience Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
