Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the front desk. Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor access according to location protocols, and report unusual or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts. Answer questions, assist with directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to address security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, document relevant details, and communicate with Allied Universal management and/or location contacts as needed. Support access control functions, maintain required logs and records, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk observation and policy-based screening. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
