Social Services Director
Job Summary:
As the Social Services Director at Axiom Gardens of Flora, you will play a vital role in leading our social services department, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. With a passion for delivering exceptional services, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative social services programs, foster strong relationships with our community partners, and provide guidance and support to our staff. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social services programs, including case management, counseling, and support services
Lead and manage a team of social services professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure exceptional service delivery
Collaborate with community partners to identify and address the social and emotional needs of our residents
Design and implement assessments, evaluations, and outcome measurements to ensure the effectiveness of our social services programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and program development to optimize resources and outcomes
Requirements:
