Job Full Description Temporary position. Ensure customer orders are entered, processed, and communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
Generate and maintain required order, production, and shipment documentation.
Manage invoicing activities and maintain accurate records of open orders and customer transactions.
Communicate order status issues and coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
Provide administrative support for scheduling and logistics activities as needed.
Prepare and distribute periodic internal and external reports, including management reporting.
Support accounts receivable processes and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
Assist with document control, record retention, and compliance-related documentation.
Serve as a key user and administrator of business systems, supporting data maintenance, process execution, and user requirements.
Support new product, customer, and business process implementation activities.
Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in administrative and operational processes.
Develop, maintain, and document standard operating procedures and work instructions.
