Join us on our journey towards sustainable growth, creating real impact on patients and society!For more information, visit us at ** follow our latest news on **LinkedIn** and **Instagram**.**Job Description:**To support our Medical Team in Germany, we are looking for support as:**Medical Science Liaison Manager Oncology (f/m/d)**Region: South-West Germany (Stuttgart, Freiburg, Würzburg, Karlsruhe)Focus will be on* Identify and develop relationships with national and regional medical and scientific KOLs consistent with the strategy and objectives of Medical Affairs and overall Ipsen strategies* Engage in scientific exchange and education about current and emerging therapies in a compliant fashion with KOLs (to include advisory boards, individual meetings, and congresses)* Develop and maintain scientific, clinical and therapeutic expertise in the areas of Oncology* Represent the company at specific continuing medical educational events, programs, medical meetings and scientific conventions* Work with clinical development as requested to identify and engage with appropriate sites for Ipsen trials and identify disease concepts that can be leveraged into product differentiation* Differentiate Ipsen as the valued scientific partner of choice through innovative initiatives, coordinated strategy, and scientific communication* Provide appropriate scientific, clinical, and educational support for internal cross functional customers (including other members of the MSL team)* Support medical publications as needed (abstracts, manuscripts, etc.)* Support commercial operations by participating in Speaker and Representative Training* Lead/participate on special project teams as necessary* Support cross-functional teams to ensure operations are patient-focused, including rapidly responding to internal and external requests to discuss specific situations and challenges and provide medical affairs support to all stakeholdersQualification requires* Advanced Scientific, healthcare or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) is required* Medical/paramedical Practice or Research career (hospital and/or hospital related, university research, pharmaceutical industry research or medical affairs)* Previous holding of an MSL or related role with at least 2 years’ experience* Previous and recent experience in Oncology is an advantage* Proven experience and successful track record as an MSL or medical department professional in a previous company* Experience in delivery of scientific presentations and development of relationships with Thought Leaders* Demonstrated expertise in ability to synthesize and communicate medical information clearly* Knowledge in data analysis and statistics as well as legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations and guidelines* Teamplayer with solution-oriented approach and good communication skills* Ability to travel ~ 60-80% (based on the size of respective geography)* Business fluent in German and EnglishOur offer* A permanent employment contract in an international future-oriented and dynamic company* A meaningful job with real added value for society and patients* Personal development and the opportunity to actively contribute to the company's success* A pleasant and personal working atmosphere* Communication at all levels and an open corporate culture* Up to 36 days off and vacation* Flexible working hours* Attractive and performance-related payment* Company health management, sports offers and pension schemeWe look forward to receiving your application with details of your earliest start date and salary expectation.We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
