Human Resources Specialist

Assist in developing and implementing overseas HR strategies aligned with the company's international growth strategy; Lead talent acquisition efforts in the U.S., expand recruitment channels, and attract top talent that meets the company's needs; Drive the implementation and execution of HR policies within overseas branches; Coordinate HR matters across cross-cultural teams, supporting employee onboarding, transfers, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and other administrative functions; Assist the U.S. plant leadership in compliance certification and other facility setup-related work. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant HR management experience in the local U.S. manufacturing industry (automotive or automotive parts industry preferred); Familiar with North Carolina state labor laws and regulations, proficient in ADP, Paychex, or other mainstream payroll systems or ERP HR modules; Skilled in cross-cultural communication and coordination, capable of effectively collaborating with overseas teams and headquarters; Strong recruitment implementation skills with extensive recruitment channel experience, able to independently complete candidate sourcing and evaluation; Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems
