Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that care is responsive to their individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, contributing to the integrity of the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health, attending relevant workshops and conferences.

• In addition to individual therapy, facilitate group counseling sessions to foster community support and provide clients with shared experiences in overcoming challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 300,000 and 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
