Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and progress tracking, to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, engaging clients in discussions and activities that promote healing and self-discovery.

• Integrate a spectrum of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to relevant laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
