Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients, reviewing treatment progress, discussing stability, scheduling upcoming appointments, and coordinating discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are centered around the clients' individual needs and goals.
\n
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes diligently to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately understand and respond to clients' needs.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to facilitate personal and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse mix of individuals from varied backgrounds, all seeking support for their mental health challenges. You will work with children, adults, and families, helping them to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Leveraging therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique circumstances will enable you to contribute meaningfully to their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in computer systems, specifically with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy, for documentation and communication purposes.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on outcomes-based practices.
\n
• Comfort and experience with completing comprehensive intake assessments.
\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, including various cultural backgrounds and underrepresented communities.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Care Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
