Patient Service Coordinator

Duration: 12 weeks with possibility of extension

Location: 100 South Main Street, Smyrna, DE 19977

Shift hours: Start time: 8 am (8 hour shift/40 hours weekly)

Note: On call is required; weekends are required.

Position Summary

Needed for scheduling important clinical assignments for patients who need home health care.

Dept Specific Details

Scheduling clinical assignments. Collaborating with clinical manager for assignment appropriateness. Contacting patients and clinicians to schedule appointments.
