Job Description:

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Help Desk Technician joining our team to support an internet-based program in Tampa FL by working with a team of software developers, data engineers, and data scientists to create, refine, monitor, and manage information management approaches and platforms. You will manage existing platforms and support the development of new capabilities to collect and manage data in support of social media operations.

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support and resolve user hardware, software, and access issues.

Manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and maintain support documentation.

Administer SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, workflows, and document management processes.

Manage user accounts, access requests, onboarding/offboarding, and security permissions.

Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and SharePoint documentation.

Perform system maintenance, software installations, and IT asset tracking.

Coordinate with system administrators and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Experience: 0+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Basic computer troubleshooting, Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating systems, user account support, Microsoft SharePoint fundamentals, Microsoft 365 applications, ticketing systems, hardware/software support, network troubleshooting basics, and technical documentation.

Security clearance level: Active DoW SECRET clearance required

Location: Customer Site (Tampa, FL).

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $97,750.00 - $132,250.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
