This position operates within a structured schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their emotional, behavioral, and social needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situation.

• Provide regular individual therapy sessions through both in-person and remote channels, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

This position focuses predominantly on clients in the hospice setting, including individuals coping with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Your work will not only address the immediate mental health concerns of clients but will also involve assistance with grief, loss, and end-of-life issues, making a significant impact on overall patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package includes an annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
