Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to the ethical and legal standards set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), ensuring that all practices align with state regulations.

You will engage with a diverse client population facing a wide array of challenges, including trauma histories, mood disorders, life transitions, and family dynamics. Your expertise in building therapeutic relationships will be critical in supporting clients as they work through complex emotional and psychological issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, with good standing status.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy, demonstrating a solid foundation in effective treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
