Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized psychotherapy to clients via telehealth or in-person sessions, leveraging your therapeutic expertise to address specific mental health challenges.

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique situation and developing collaborative treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict adherence to HIPAA standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Actively collaborating with other healthcare providers, referral sources, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participating in optional team meetings and peer consultation sessions to enhance your skills and maintain support amongst colleagues.

• Adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice as outlined by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) guidelines, ensuring the highest quality of care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, in good standing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy, with post-licensure experience preferred.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or psychodynamic approaches.

• Ability to work independently while actively contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to ensure efficient practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences are advantageous and will enhance your application:

• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, or other languages, to better serve a diverse clientele.

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), DBT, motivational interviewing, or somatic therapies.
\n
• Experience working with underserved populations, including those within school-based programs and community mental health settings.
\n
• Familiarity with various EHR systems, like SimplePractice or TherapyNotes, to streamline clinical documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Kindred Connections Society offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a competitive salary, employees enjoy:
