We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team in a hybrid capacity based in Dallas, TX. This role provides the flexibility of remote work alongside meaningful, in‑person collaboration with local leadership (with in‑person meetings typically taking place in the central Dallas corridor, north of downtown and south of 635/LBJ). In this role, you will be the engine of our hiring process, owning the full‑cycle recruitment for critical roles spanning technology, product, sales, and operations. We are obsessed with creating an exceptional, frictionless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and we need someone who excels at the core fundamentals of recruiting: finding, engaging, and closing top talent. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end‑to‑end hiring process. Launch searches, source, screen, and seamlessly guide candidates through the interview stages to final offer. Proactive Sourcing & Pipelining: Move beyond traditional job boards. Build robust, diverse talent pipelines utilizing modern sourcing techniques, networking, and proactive community engagement to find both active and passive talent. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their open requisitions, align on ideal candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on pipeline health and search progress. Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure prompt communication, timely feedback, and a world‑class experience at every touchpoint from the initial outreach to the onboarding handoff. Systems Execution: Leverage our tech stack to drive efficiency. Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our ATS, ensuring all candidate activity is accurately tracked and workflows are streamlined. Employer Brand Representation: Act as the first point of contact for DTN, effectively pitching the company vision and articulating our value proposition to prospective hires. Offer Negotiation & Compliance: Manage and close complex candidate offers. Ensure all hiring practices comply with US employment laws and align with our ongoing commitment to inclusive hiring. Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience: Proven Track Record: 2-5 years of high‑volume, full life‑cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success filling professional roles in technology, product, operations and sales. Modern Sourcing Chops: Advanced ability to go beyond standard LinkedIn searches to find and engage passive talent using creative outreach and market mapping. Tech‑Savvy Foundation: Fluency in modern recruiting tech stacks and CRM utilization. Direct experience with Workday ATS is required and candidates with this experience will be given top priority and moved to the top of the pile. Inclusive Hiring: Working knowledge of modern US employment practices and strategies for building diverse candidate pools. Data‑Minded Execution: Ability to use fundamental recruiting metrics to track your own funnel efficiency, prioritize your day, and keep hiring managers informed. Exceptional Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to build immediate trust and rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Agility & Ownership: Self‑directed, highly organized, and deeply comfortable managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment. Problem Solving: Excellent negotiation skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset focused on moving candidates quickly and efficiently through the process.
