Responsibilities: Work closely with Industry and Account leadership to contribute to a comprehensive GTM execution strategy Manage team member performance through pipeline management, deal qualification, forecasting and progress toward sales goals; proactively oversee demand generation efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified deals originated Manage team members activity to deliver effective client relationship management and ensure the team is continuously driving into net-new client executive relationships, through active participation in client meetings as appropriate Lead the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performing sales team and make strategic talent decisions Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of recent management consulting experience Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives KPMG provides a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, with options designed to help you make the best decisions for yourself, your family, and your lifestyle. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
