Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een Business developper . Als Business developer speel je een sleutelrol in onze commerciële groei. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en opvolgen van nieuwe opportuniteiten en werkt nauw samen met onze engineers. Het genereren en kwalificeren van nieuwe leads. Het leggen van eerste contacten en plannen van afspraken met potentiële klanten. Het beheren en verder uitbouwen van relaties met onze bestaande klanten binnen de semiconductor- en high-tech sector. Het ondersteunen van technische verkoopstrajecten en offertes. Het coördineren van tenders en RFQ's samen met onze engineeringafdeling. Het identificeren van nieuwe marktkansen. Het onderhouden van ons CRM en opvolgen van marketing- en beurscontacten. Wie ben jij? Je bent commercieel ingesteld, maar hebt ook een sterke technische opleiding. Je hoeft geen software te ontwikkelen, maar je begrijpt wel hoe onze technologie werkt en kunt deze overtuigend uitleggen aan klanten. Daarnaast beschik je over: Een bachelor of master in een technische richting (mechanica, mechatronica, regeltechniek, fysica of gelijkaardig). Ervaring in business development, technische B2B-verkoop in de high-tech sector is een plus. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Analytisch vermogen om klantbehoeften en marktkansen te herkennen. Een klantgerichte, proactieve en ondernemende ingesteldheid. Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Wat bieden wij?
