HRIS Duties and Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Workday and related HR systems. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues and user inquiries. Maintain employee, organizational, and position data integrity. Troubleshoot current state and configure new business process. Configure new updates, and feature enhancements. Data Management & Auditing Perform regular audits to ensure employee data accuracy and compliance. Identify and correct data discrepancies and system inconsistencies. Assist in data cleanup initiatives and ongoing governance efforts. Monitor integration and investigate data interface issues. Reporting & Analytics Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and leadership on their reporting needs. Validate report accuracy and ensure data consistency across systems. Assist with workforce analytics and KPI reporting. Testing & System Enhancements Participate in system testing for Workday releases, enhancements, and projects. Create and execute test scripts and document results. Assist with configuration changes and validation activities. Participate in the implementation of new modules, business processes, and integrations. Documentation & Training Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process procedures. Assist with end-user training and system adoption initiatives. Document configuration changes and support knowledge management efforts. Security Administration Assist in maintaining HRIS security roles and permissions. Conduct regular security audits and access reviews. Ensure compliance with data privacy and company security standards. Project Support Assist with HR technology on projects and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities. Participate in system implementations and enhancement projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Experience 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS, Workday, payroll, HR operations, data analytics, or related business systems. Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred Experience Experience with Workday HCM. Exposure to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting processes. Experience with HR data auditing and reporting. Knowledge of HR system implementations or upgrades. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle events. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Proficiency with reporting and data analysis tools. Knowledge of data privacy, confidentiality, and security best practices. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package. This position will be fully remote.
