Life Insurance

• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking events, lead generation, marketing campaigns, cold calling, email outreach, and community involvement.
• Create customized insurance quotes, conduct coverage reviews, deliver professional sales presentations, and close new business for Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance products.
• Establish strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and exceptional customer service to increase retention and referrals.
• Consistently achieve monthly production targets, activity goals, and agency sales objectives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Build relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, Business Owners, and other community partners to generate a steady pipeline of referrals.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance and financial products that better protect clients while increasing account retention and agency growth.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate recommendations and trusted advice.

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to build relationships and generate new business
• Property & Casualty License required
• Life & Health License preferred (not required)
