LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Job Category: Professional Student Services Requisition Number: LICEN017431 Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center, Mansfield, Arkansas Schedule: 3 Days on / 2 Days off / 2 Days on / 3 Days off (13‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour break). Every other weekend off from Friday to Sunday. Pay: $25 per hour; increase with level of education and experience. Responsibilities: The LPN works as a key member of the MJTC medical team and provides general health care for students within the scope of the license. Responsibilities include administering immunizations, assisting with TB screening, flu vaccines, overall health maintenance of students and staff, training employees on relevant health care topics such as prevention of sports injuries, blood‑borne pathogens, CPR, First Aid, behavioral disorders, and assisting with ordering supplies, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Current LPN licensure in Arkansas. Age 21 or older. Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Pass a child and adult abuse registry search. Valid driver's license and meet ROP eligible driver requirements.
