Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center features a modern, well-equipped setting designed to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions. The work schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, providing a balanced work-life commitment while meeting the needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Flagship Healthcare Center, you will primarily work with a diverse population of outpatients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals undergoing post-operative rehabilitation, and patients seeking to enhance their functional mobility due to chronic pain conditions. Your role will be crucial in developing personalized strategies to help these patients achieve their goals, fostering rehabilitation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with a clean record free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills and knowledge in various manual therapy modalities.
• A demonstrated ability to create and implement effective exercise programs suited to patient needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and informative documentation.
• Continued education and enthusiasm for staying updated on current techniques and advancements in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
