Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, which include detailed assessments of medical history and physical condition to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate findings and treatment goals effectively to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement therapy protocols designed specifically for each patient, monitoring their progress and adapting plans as necessary based on their responses and changes in their health condition.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care, recognizing when to adjust care plans or seek additional medical consultation.
• Document patient evaluations and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, creating clear records that illustrate the patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and maintain productivity expectations, ensuring that all patient interactions and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Participate in departmental goal setting and strategic planning, contributing to the continuous improvement of services offered.
• Actively pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional skills and maintain competency, including serving as a clinical instructor for student interns.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient access to care, and work diligently to remove barriers that may hinder patient treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be serving a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our center aims to improve the quality of life for patients through tailored rehabilitation programs. The focus is on holistic recovery, where patient satisfaction and functional outcomes are paramount. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in outpatient settings and home care rehabilitation is a plus.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or health education initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
