Position Overview

Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Trenton, New Jersey. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital partner in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by focusing on their mobility and functional outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled professionals in an innovative outpatient setting to deliver comprehensive physical therapy services.

Our advanced 5000 square-foot office is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care tailored to each patient's needs. Our mission is centered on promoting patient well-being and restoring mobility through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position where you will interact daily with patients and work alongside two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The practice operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule for work-life balance. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, enabling us to offer quality care without the constraints often found in other healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of one patient per hour to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve client mobility, such as manual therapy and exercise regimens.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives, minimizing reliance on medication for pain management.
• Create and implement customized wellness programs that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring clear communication with both patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation process, using evidence-based methods to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss patient care strategies and enhance practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions. Our clients range from athletes seeking rehabilitation after injury to individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain. As a physical therapist at Revive, you will play an essential role in guiding patients through their recovery process, leveraging your expertise to help them regain function and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design and implementation of therapeutic exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software like WebPT is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, as it directly correlates with the population served at our facility.
• Demonstrated capability in applying evidence-based practices in physical therapy interventions.
• A proven track record of achieving positive patient outcomes and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, subject to skills and experience.
