Job Posting: Benefits Administrator/HR Benefits Administrator Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour (W2) Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Summary The Benefits Administrator supports the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment processing, timely communication, and smooth collaboration between employees, HR, and external vendors. This role works closely with the Benefits Manager and HR team to maintain data accuracy, support compliance requirements, and deliver a consistent and professional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with annual open enrollment activities, including HRIS setup, testing, reporting, and employee communication support in partnership with benefits vendors. Respond to employee benefits inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing guidance or escalating when appropriate. Process, audit, and submit carrier and vendor invoices for accuracy and payment. Ensure accurate processing of benefits enrollments for new hires, terminations, and qualifying life events within required timelines. Maintain and update employee benefits data within HRIS systems. Generate routine and ad hoc reports related to benefits and leave administration. Support testing and validation of benefits data feeds between HRIS platforms (UKG/UltiPro) and insurance carriers. Assist HRIS and Benefits teams in maintaining data integrity and system accuracy. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in benefits administration or HR support. Skills & Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with HRIS systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred) High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Analytical mindset with ability to identify discrepancies and trends Basic understanding of employee benefits processes preferred
