We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become a part of our expanding team. This role supports our commitment to providing outstanding dental care within the community, helping us to create more smiles and memorable experiences for both children and adults. You will have the opportunity to engage in community activities that enhance the positive image of our organization.

• Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team.
• Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units.
• Work with fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• Engage with a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.

• Guaranteed base salary exceeding $200k with unlimited earning potential.

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
• Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
