Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mountain Springs, you will play a crucial role in fostering the emotional and mental well-being of your patients through various responsibilities, including:

• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and federal guidelines.

• Managing the care coordination of behavioral health services, ensuring seamless integration with other healthcare providers.

• Initiating follow-ups to monitor patient progress, assessing the effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing relapse prevention plans, equipping patients with skills to maintain stable functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and coping with chronic medical illnesses. Your role will focus on providing culturally sensitive care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and represented. Qualifications\n

Applicants for the Licensed Professional Counselor position must meet the following qualifications:
