Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC with our organization, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at providing trauma-informed care. These include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to support trauma recovery and promote resilience.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and families about trauma responses and coping strategies, while providing information on available resources.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development centered around trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package including:
