We are seeking a Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our firm! Apartment industry, hospitality, food service and retail experience all provide transferable skills to our position and we will train! Key element to success is you "must" love to talk to people and enjoy relationship building.
Our Talent Acquisitions Specialist is an internal role with our office located in Orlando and is the true key and the beginning of the staffing cycle!
We're an employee owned National Firm, don't miss out on this opportunity, with benefits and regular business hours, Monday thru Friday.
As a Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will play an important role in our recruiting team. You will work closely together to uncover talent for the apartment industry. Assist in searching and reviewing resumes from various job boards (Zip Recruiter/Indeed/Craigslist), pre-screen candidates, and move forward with those qualified to the next steps in the interview and application process. You will provide a full range of support including handling new hire paperwork, inputting data into the system, processing background checks, and verifying and processing timesheets.
