Title: Adjunct Instructor – Student Services Employee Classification: Adjunct Faculty Campus: University of North Texas, Denton Division: UNT‑Provost Department: UNT‑College of Lib Arts & Soc Sci Job Location: Denton Salary: Compensation is competitive and commensurate with the candidates qualifications, experience, and discipline, in accordance with university guidelines and available funding. FTE: Varies based on assignment Position Overview The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 semesters. The anticipated need is for UCRS 4800 – CLASS Internship, an interdisciplinary course applicable to any degree program. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Higher Education, or a related field. 5 years working directly with college students. 2 years teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications Areas of expertise in marketability of a major, career development theory, and supervision. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using the Canvas website. Required License, Registration, or Certifications None specified. Physical Requirements Communicating with others to exchange information.
