General Production Worker – Day Shift (Training Provided)

We’re hiring General Production Workers to support our growing manufacturing team. If you’re reliable, hands-on, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing and build new skills.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain production areas, tools, and equipment

• Assist with product assembly and setup of workstations

• Help operate machines (training provided)

• Support general shop operations and material movement

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

• Work with your team to keep production running efficiently

• Dependable and ready to work

• Comfortable in a hands-on, active role

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Ability to follow instructions and work on a team

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule

• Voluntary overtime available

Work Environment

• Small, hands-on machine shop

• Mix of assembly, machine operation, and general labor

• Exposure to oil smells and industrial materials

• Air-conditioned facility (not heated)

• Steel-toe boots required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Geneva, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
