What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Prospect daily for new business opportunities Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close Build and grow your own book of business within the SMB market Engage executive‑level decision‑makers across eCommerce and B2B companies Conduct discovery calls to understand operational pain points and business goals Present customized shipping and logistics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs Run consultative sales meetings and close new business opportunities Maintain strong pipeline activity and exceed revenue targets Participate in daily training, coaching, and roleplay sessions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer experience What You’ll Bring (Requirements) 0–3 years of professional experience (no sales experience required!)
