This role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting HVAC service and equipment solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, building services, facility management, or technical sales and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and relationship building.Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, contractors, engineers, and decision-makers.Identify opportunities for HVAC service agreements, retrofit projects, equipment replacements, and energy-saving solutions.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.Meet with customers to evaluate facility needs and recommend HVAC solutions.Prepare and present proposals, estimates, presentations, and service agreements.Manage opportunities from initial contact through project completion.Conduct site visits and facility assessments.Maintain regular customer contact and provide ongoing account support.Expand market share by developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.Attend industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings.Work closely with service managers, project managers, estimators, and operations teams.Assist with project turnover and ensure customer expectations are met.Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.Qualifications3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, mechanical sales, service sales, facility services, or related industries.Strong business development and relationship management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.HTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
