Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of six professionals who are passionate about serving our community and supporting one another. I started my State Farm career right out of college as a team member, and that experience gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused office.

Outside of work, Im a husband and dad to three kids, and much of my time is spent cheering them on at their sporting events. Im also active in our church and enjoy playing golf whenever I can. Our agency stays closely connected to the community, especially through sponsorships and support for local elementary and middle schools.

Ryan Grubbs - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
