Licensing Requirements This is a fully licensed role. Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire Full licensing support and guidance provided throughout Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for driving new business and maintaining a consistent, high‑performing sales pipeline.
