Data Center Safety Supervisor

Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in construction safety management . Experience working within a union workforce is highly desired. Prior exposure to data center, telecommunications, or heavy industrial environments is a significant plus. Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification is required. Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work independently and influence behaviors through clear, persuasive communication and professional presence. Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for incident reporting and data tracking. Education: High School Diploma (required) with 2 to 5 years of total professional experience. Physical Requirements Ability to navigate active construction sites daily, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing ladders, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
