We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IRS Enrolled Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Enrolled Agent , you will serve as a trusted tax professional authorized by the IRS to represent clients in tax matters, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance on complex tax issues. Your energetic approach and deep understanding of tax laws will help clients navigate their financial obligations confidently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in tax resolution within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before the IRS during audits, appeals, and collection proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive tax research using current regulations and interpret complex financial concepts.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to qualify the client for the best resolution possible.
- Maintained professional and effective communication with IRS representatives during extended phone calls to advocate for clients and facilitate case resolutions.
- Maintains unwavering focus on each client's unique needs, providing personalized attention and advocating tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.
Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge in audit and examinations with the IRS.
- Ability to advocate for clients in negotiations with the IRS while maintaining professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise flexibility in adjusting client expenses within established guidelines and allowable standards to ensure optimal outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
