What You'll Actually Do

Your first responsibility is learning how to:

Learn Technology

You'll receive hands-on training in:

• Computer diagnostics

• Hardware upgrades and repairs

• Virus and malware removal

• Operating system installation and recovery

• Mobile device repair

• Business technology support

• Networking fundamentals

• Cybersecurity basics

You are not expected to know these skills when you start.

Build Client Relationships

As you grow, you'll learn how to:

• Identify customer needs

• Recommend solutions

• Create estimates

• Conduct technology consultations

• Support business clients

• Build long-term client relationships
