ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry. After seeing the success of several friends who became agents, I became interested in the insurance business and was drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own while helping people protect what matters most.

I attended Morehouse College and have a passion for both golf and music. In fact, I’ve been a DJ for over 25 years, and music has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy bringing that same energy, creativity, and connection with people into the agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
