ACCOUNTING • CREDIT • COLLECTIONS | MULTIPLE OPENINGS

Multiple Full-Time Opportunities Available!

We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience in accounting, accounts receivable, collections, credit, payment posting, medical billing, data entry or administrative support.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

PAYMENT POSTING / TRUST POSTING SUPPORT — $15.50/HR

• Process daily transactions including deposits, disbursements, transfers and payments
• Post transactions accurately and reconcile accounts and ledgers
• Research discrepancies and maintain accurate records and log files
• Prepare reports and assist with data entry, scanning, emails and general administrative support
• Answer and transfer incoming calls and communicate with clients regarding account questions
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in payment posting, accounting, accounts receivable, data entry or related office/financial work preferred
• 10-key skills and exceptional attention to detail required
• Opportunity to increase to $17.00/hr after training

BILINGUAL MEDICAL COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST — $15.00/HR + BONUS OPPORTUNITY

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding delinquent medical accounts
• Research account information, insurance coverage and payment history
• Resolve balances, negotiate payments and process account payments
• Accurately document account activity while following HIPAA and FDCPA requirements
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in collections, medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance verification or related customer account work preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong communication, computer and account-management skills required
• Opportunity for pay increases and performance-based bonuses

CREDIT ANALYST — $15.50/HR + PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

• Analyze credit reports, financial records and account information to determine creditworthiness
• Maintain customer accounts, reconcile accounts and monitor credit limits
• Collect receivables and contact customers regarding past-due balances
• Handle credit holds, deposits, pre-payments and account status inquiries
• Work with internal departments to resolve deductions, claims and account issues
• Business/Finance degree or 3+ years of Credit Analyst experience required
• Strong financial analysis, collection/negotiation, Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills required
• Experience with AS400 is a plus

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience for the Payment Posting and Medical Collections positions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working with numbers, accounts and financial information
• Strong computer, data-entry and 10-key skills
• Microsoft Office / spreadsheet experience
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Professional attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
