Are you passionate about luxury automobiles and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Audi Service Advisor to join our team and become the trusted connection between our customers and our award-winning service department. What You'll Do Welcome customers with professionalism and create a first-class service experience. Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend the right maintenance and repair solutions. Coordinate with certified Audi technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Keep customers informed throughout the service process with clear, proactive communication. Review completed repairs, explain invoices, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Build lasting relationships that inspire customer loyalty and repeat business. What We're Looking For Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. Passion for luxury vehicles and delivering outstanding customer care. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
