Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through remote consultations, including understanding their unique circumstances and experiences.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and incorporate individual goals and preferences.

• Facilitate regular telehealth sessions, delivering both individual and group therapy aimed at fostering resilience and growth among patients.

• Provide clients with valuable resources and referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when interdisciplinary collaboration is necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Remain vigilant in crisis situations, applying strong intervention skills to de-escalate and provide immediate behavioral support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, eating disorders, and more. Your ability to apply culturally competent approaches will be integral, as you will be engaging with individuals from unique backgrounds, helping them navigate their wellness journeys, and ensuring they feel heard and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and culturally responsive treatment practices.

• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
