Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent license is mandatory, which can be one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Strong capability for professional evaluations and the ability to formulate and implement effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for client engagement and data management.
