Recruiting Specialist

Job Title: Recruiting Specialist Location: Toms River, NJ Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: $41,400 - $49,920 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday‑Friday Responsibilities Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing candidates Evaluating and assessing potential candidates Interviewing prospective candidates Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements Build employee/manager relationships Generating leads and market intelligence Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding Provide timecard support Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns Create and deliver employee reporting materials on time Requirements Prior Recruiting experience Bachelor's degree (BA) Ability to meet established performance requirements Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Bilingual Spanish / English required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
