Role Description ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to help drive the continued growth of our South Florida operation. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, conducting site assessments, and delivering customized pest management solutions to commercial clients throughout the region. This is an opportunity to help build and expand a growing market while working alongside a leadership team committed to long-term growth and professional development. Our sales team partners with manufacturing and distribution facilities, hospitality properties, healthcare facilities, multifamily communities, senior living facilities, educational institutions, office buildings, and other commercial organizations throughout South Florida. Duties & Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and relationship-building activities. Conduct facility assessments and identify opportunities to improve pest management programs. Develop and present customized service recommendations and proposals to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, property managers, and business owners. Manage opportunities and sales activity within the company CRM system. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service delivery. Attend networking events, industry association meetings, and business development activities throughout South Florida. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the ABC brand with integrity and professionalism. Consistently achieve sales activity and revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
