Truckload Operations Manager

We are looking to fill a client's need for a Truckload Operations Manager that will oversee the customer operations, carrier sales teams, and full shipment lifecycle. Responsibilities Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues, disruptions, and carrier concerns Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership Support SOP development, workflow improvements, and process standardization Manage daily truckload operations and shipment lifecycle from start to finish Lead, coach, and develop Customer Operations and Carrier Sales representatives Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions Provide strategic and high service level support to customer accounts Support pricing, spot quotes, and bids to provide profitable solutions Analyze market conditions, trade lanes, and pricing to remain competitive Report team KPI metrics regularly Requirements 5+ years of experience in 3pl brokerage Operations and Carrier Sales/Procurement 2+ years of Operations Management experience Proven ability to develop processes, standardization, and improve workflow Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred Benefits medical, dental, and vision.
